Apple iPhones have options to handle unknown numbers for received calls: Silence Unknown Numbers and Ask Reason for Calling. These options are under Settings > Apps > Phone. Turn on Call Identification under Settings > Apps > Phone > Call Blocking & Identification. More options to screen and block calls are under Settings > Apps > Phone.
